These terms govern your use of IncreaseMyRank.com and RankUp Signal services. By submitting a request or purchasing a service, you agree to them.

What we provide

RankUp Signal provides rank monitoring, movement reporting, profile guidance, and legitimate visibility strategy. Scope, timing, and price will be confirmed before paid work begins.

No guarantees

IMDb controls IMDb rankings, including STARmeter. We do not guarantee a particular rank, ranking change, casting decision, job, revenue, or career result. Rankings may change for reasons outside our control.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and have authority to request services for the profile involved. Our services may not be used for fraud, impersonation, harassment, automated or deceptive traffic, platform circumvention, or any activity that violates law or third-party terms.

Billing and cancellation

No paid plan begins until you approve it. Unless your order states otherwise, weekly plans renew until canceled. You may cancel future renewals by contacting us before the next billing date. Fees already earned or charged for a started period are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Independent service

RankUp Signal is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IMDb. IMDb and STARmeter are trademarks of their respective owner.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available. RankUp Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Questions, cancellation requests, and notices may be sent through our contact page.
