Cancellation & Refunds

We want pricing and cancellation to be clear before you begin. This policy applies to RankUp Signal plans purchased directly from us.

Before your plan begins

Your plan begins when you complete Stripe checkout. The selected plan, $9.99 or $16.99 weekly price, and recurring terms are shown before payment. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal or by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date.

Canceling a recurring plan

You can cancel future renewals at any time by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing.

Refunds

Fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable because monitoring, reporting, and visibility support begin at the start of that period. If we make a billing error, fail to provide the agreed service, or the law requires a refund, contact us and we will review the request promptly.

Email [email protected] with the name and email on the account, your plan, and the issue. Please do not include card numbers or other sensitive financial information.
