Cancellation & Refunds

We want pricing and cancellation to be clear before you begin. This policy applies to RankUp Signal plans purchased directly from us.

Before your plan begins

A profile review does not start a paid plan. We will confirm the scope, price, and start date before billing. Do not submit payment unless you agree to those details.

Canceling a recurring plan

You can cancel future renewals at any time by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing.

Refunds

Fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable because monitoring, reporting, and visibility support begin at the start of that period. If we make a billing error, fail to provide the agreed service, or the law requires a refund, contact us and we will review the request promptly.

Email [email protected] with the name and email on the account, your plan, and the issue. Please do not include card numbers or other sensitive financial information.
