This policy explains how RankUp Signal collects and uses information when you visit IncreaseMyRank.com or request a profile review.

Information we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, professional role, selected plan, IMDb profile, and anything you include in your message. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, provide requested services, protect the site from abuse, maintain records, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

When you create a member account and remain signed in, we associate page visits on this site and rank-check searches with that account so we can operate the member service and provide account support. Our private staff dashboard shows the signup profile, username, plan, visit counts, and rank-search history. Passwords are never stored or displayed in readable form: we keep only a one-way password hash, so no administrator can retrieve the password you chose. If you request a password reset, we use the email on file to send a one-time link; reset tokens are stored only as hashes and expire after 30 minutes. Member activity is retained for up to 365 days and then removed.

Analytics and session replay

We operate a self-hosted analytics service to understand page and section engagement, traffic sources, and coarse visit context such as device category, operating system, browser category, viewport category, orientation, input method, and local hour or day. We also record anonymous interaction events such as navigation, FAQ use, rank-check progress, form progress, and page performance measurements. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. We remove URL query strings and exact screen dimensions before analytics data is stored. Our custom analytics events do not include your name, email address, IMDb profile or URL, message content, form entries, IP address, or raw browser identifier.

We may record a masked replay and anonymous click and scroll heatmap of your visit to help improve the site. The rank-check panel and request form are blocked from replay, and typed values are not captured. Replay data is automatically retained for no more than 30 days.

Sharing and retention

Analytics data is stored on infrastructure we control. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and billing information as an independent payment processor. RankUp Signal does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may collect billing details and send us subscription, invoice, and customer identifiers needed to provide the plan and handle cancellation. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the site, or when required by law. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.

Your choices

You can turn session replay off or re-enable it through the Replay settings link in the footer. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted. Contact us through the address on our contact page. Rights may vary by location.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
